Our VP of Business Development Alka Gupta appeared on the popular ABC Bay Area afternoon show, View from the Bay with Spencer Christian and Janelle Wang, showing off a few popular gadgets. Unfortunately ABC does not have a video embed code like Hulu or TV.com so we can't play the video inline here so this will open the video on the abc site.

I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don't know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.

Poor quality
Bought a T.V. at Best Buy. It got very little use since it was in our bedroom. We figure less that a total of 3 months worth. We have had it for 14 months. It has gone bad on us and we called Best Buy which were worse than useless. So much for ever buying there again. Anyway so far we are out of luck for any relief since the T.V. is only guaranteed for 12 months. Good luck ever selling me one of your products ever again.
You may wish to try other options
We're sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience with your TV. Retrevo is not affiliated with Best Buy nor included in any transactions with buyers and the retailers. As Best Buy is a reputable store you may wish to speak with other people or escalate the issue to the managers.
If things can't be resolved with Best Buy you might consider contacting the manufactures repair service centers directly. I don't know which brand you have but most of the known brands have a single service center that deals with repairs. In fact they tell you NOT to go back to retail. I've had a 5 year old Sony receiver fixed for free when I went this route.
If you can't find a manufacturer repair or even a local brand certified repair shop to fix it for less than it costs to get a new TV, then one last oppty is sell it on eBay and salvage some dollars.
