Worst of Both Worlds The set-top box deregulation deadline is approaching fast. You would think that forcing the cable operators to "decouple" their boxes from their service would be good for the consumer. I want to reduce my carbon footprint. Really, I do. Well, okay, maybe I just want to reduce my guilt over taking extremely long, hot showers. Dont give me that look. Shaving takes up a lot of that time.
