Peeves DVD extras/CC

When I buy DVD (BD) 99% of the time it is for the extras and commentary, which sometimes even saves a so so movie. Also, some movies are recorded in mumble, so I occasionally use subtitles or CC. It's crazy they don't provide these for streaming.
