Nice! The slow cooker is a bipolar life saver. I know that there are many, many times when cooking is simply too overwhelming- and I just eat out instead. I find that having apples, cheese and whole grain chips in my car really helps. I tell myself- just eat an apple and then if you STILL want junk you can go. I always feel satisfied with the apple. It's just sticking to the rule that is hard! I love chili- you can add some crushed tortilla chips and avocado to the top of your great recipe as well! glass bottles
