We're not sure if this is going to be Black Friday or Bleak Friday. Although it looks like lots of retailers will be clearing out some old inventory and presenting many deal prices on products you can buy cheaper online, right now, there are some outstanding deals mixed with all the rest.
Standouts include the Sony BDP S350 Blu-ray player which is capable of supporting the latest Blu-ray standard 2.0 on sale at some retailers for as low as $179. On the other hand the aging Nikon D40 SLR is on sale for $449 but you can but it now for about the same price or less.
We made it easier for you to spot the deals with some handy charts. We gathered the lowest prices we could find online and show you the difference between those prices and the deal prices – we call it "Savings off Current Price. You will see that number to be negative and in Red for some deals - that means you can have the product online for cheaper right now!
To make it even easier to evaluate the deals we display a thumbs up or down assessment based on Retrevo's sophisticated AI-based "sentiment" aggregation technology.

Separating deals from duds at your favorite store
Based on all the of the Black Friday Deals from each of the major retailers, we pulled out a few deals that are really good deals and also tell you the duds to avoid. Each of the stores have some good deals but we suspect its unlikely most people will be able to hit multiple stores. So we decided to go further and give an award to the store with the biggest deals and one to the store with the most duds. If you go to just one store, our Best Deal Maker winner is recommended.

Best Deal Maker
The store with the best overall Black Friday Deals -
"They have over 60 good quality products at great Black Friday tradition prices - nearly double the number of deals as other stores. The combination of Black Friday and their motivation to unload Inventory (they are going out of business) has created some of the best overall Black Friday deals from one store."Click here to see all Circuit City Black Friday Deals »

Biggest Dud
The store with the worst Black Friday deals
“We were disappointed as Sears looked to have potential early on but then they had the same number of duds as deals and in the important categories as well. We believe someone must have been thinking of their investment portfolio and took a balanced approach to deals and duds. But they still have some good deals worth looking at, check it out here.”
