I purchase Magellan Road Mate 1412 at Best Buy Store last September 2, 2008 just only three months and now this is not working due to satellite signal. I contacted the customer service we come up to reset the equipment and boot up but still not working. I try to return for repaired but they give me hard time they asking so many papers work. To all my friends and those people want to buy this product I will not to recommend to buy this unless you want same problem with me and you end up of throwing this into the recycles bin.

Please don't buy this product I hit this I spend my last money worth of $266.86 but I cannot use this.
