You can return most items sold on the Retrevo marketplace within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We will refund the value of the merchandise returned, the original shipping charge and return shipping costs if you're returning an item that is a result of our error (product arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong product). For exchanges, we will pay for shipping a replacement item to you. If you decide you no longer want or need the product, you can return it for a full refund of the item price. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns must be shipped back to the vendor within 7 days of receiving a RMA number. Items may not be shipped back to the manufacturer, only returns processed through Retrevo are eligible for a refund.
Follow these simple steps to return your purchase:
- Log-in to your account at https://shop.retrevo.com/r/customer/login
- Locate the order that you wish to return. Click on the ‘Return’ button and follow instructions.
- We will review you return request and notify you within 5 business days if your request has been approved. If approved the email will also include return instructions and a RMA number. If your item is no longer eligible for return, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
- Package your return, make sure to include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories as well as the RMA number.
- Ship the item back to our facility using a trackable shipping method. We will process the returned item and upon verification will issue you a refund.
Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase within 10 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise. The refund amount will be reduced for any promotional discounts associated with the original item or the original order.
