Online Media Veteran Holly Brown Joins Retrevo's Board of Advisors

Former President of Internet at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. Brings Wealth of Experience in Developing Successful Consumer Web Strategies

Sunnyvale, Calif. - August 20, 2008 - Retrevo, the first matchmaking service for people and electronics, today announced that Holly Brown, the former president of Internet at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. (MSLO), has joined its board of advisors.

"The Retrevo team has identified a widespread pain point for mass consumers who seek quick, helpful advice about electronics rather than sifting through the vast amount of information on the Web on their own," said Brown. "It will be a pleasure working with a team that is so intensely focused on the consumer and extremely passionate about delivering an exceptional user experience."

As President of MSLO's Internet division, Ms. Brown led the transformation of marthastewart.com to a market leading branded lifestyle media platform. Prior to MSLO, she spent six years at Yahoo! in several senior leadership positions, most recently as Chief of Staff to the COO.

Ms. Brown joins Bruce Berkoff, chairman of the LCD TV Association, and Professor Banny Banerjee of Stanford University, on the Retrevo board of advisors.

"Retrevo has experienced strong growth and market acceptance from industry experts and, most importantly, its users," said Vipin Jain, president and CEO of Retrevo. "Holly brings a wealth of experience in building strong consumer Internet brands and is a natural addition to the already impressive advisory board of Retrevo. She'll be a tremendous resource for our executive team in the next stage of the company's development."
