Digital camera sales still strong, Retrevo report says

    Apparently the sour economy hasn’t deterred eager photographers from buying new cameras. Retrevo, a consumer electronics shopping site, has found an uptick in digital camera sales this year. Demand for digital cameras declined 30% in 2008, whereas purchases have risen (with tiny dips here and there) since the end of last year.
