Chapter Summary: If you would like to share your phone book with someone else, you can simply export it to a file, which can then be imported into another application...If you have names and fax... numbers in external applications, and you can save them to a tab-delimited text file, you can import that file into the HP All-in-One phone book...... To export a phone book using the HP Photosmart Studio (Mac) Software 1...From the pop-up menu, choose Fax Phone Book...Click Apply or OK......
