I find this Actiontec GT704-WG to be adequate, but if often (once a month) needs to be unplugged and plugged in to re-boot it...Entire week the modem disconected the DSL and Internet eveytime someone send something to network printer...After the expensive unit ActiontecGT704WG was removed, the Westell 6100 modem and Belkin router were used...
Worked on first try but when machines rebooted next day, DHCP gave wrong IP addresses...I have not had any problems either on my desktop or laptop...I would highly recommend modem to anyone...
