Aiptek PocketCinema V50 projector has a confusing user interface...With a peak of 50 lumens of brightness, we expected the PocketCinema to handle ambient light conditions better than it did...The V50’s speaker is small but provides decent audio and the overall image quality is good but not great...

The controls were easy to follow, and the menus looked good, but we had to dig around a bit to play files from the various devices we plugged in...The V50 is good for those who need to take presentations with them to meetings, especially since it can be used to display slides and pictures without a PC, but unless you specifically need to travel and project, a standard projector (see sidebar)...

This projector has an easy-to-use interface....This projector has a limited number of ports for connectivity options....Overall, this all adds up to a reliable picture...The picture quality of this mini projector is fairly good, but it's not the best we've seen...The highest resolution of this pico projector is WVGA 848 x 480, which isn't necessarily bad......
