After it had gone out of warranty, it started flickering really bad and the support people immediately knew what the problem was: we had to buy a new power converter for it (about[..] from Aluratek...vertical viewing angle is somewhat limited, but horizontal angle is good Screen: it appears to be a widescreen style...good resolution for all the images observed even for max zoom...
There were a few features it didn't have which would have been nice, but overall, it's a very good product...I emailed support and the told me it was probably a bad power supply and they sent me a new one right out...I would have no issue recommending this product...
This is the second frame I bought and I gave it as birthday gift for my grandma, she loves this very much...I will recommend this frame to all my relatives and friends...What a shame, this thing looked so good but it turned out like so much junk...
