2) about one year ago; used one time on the trip to Los Angeles which had given me lots of headache, the device has bad antenna it takes 5-10 mins to search signal for satellete and sometime I have to reset/reboot 2-3 times to make it work...I would not recommend this unit to anyone...It has its little faults on the touchscreen but other than that, this thing is quite good...
