Beautiful screen, good price for the specs, beautiful high definition for movies...this was my first laptop, so i do not have much to compare it to, but I do reccomend it if you're looking for a good deal and a portable PC for movies, files, and music...Audio is a little weak I would definitely recommend this notebook 17"" screen for a great price! Full numeric keypad and everything else is awesome...
Laptop is fast, performs beautifuly and has great visual properties...I have an old 3200 series Averatec & it's a die-hard so I added this new one & like it too! The only drawback for me is the r.h...shift key is smaller than I'm used to, but given all the good qualities it has I'll deal with the shift key...
Not very happy right now, as this is my second refurbed averatec...Great notebook, I used it to replace a thicker heaver 17'' Dell...getting vista on it has proven to be a struggle but after finding the averatec forums and after a bios flash tonight i expect smooth install...
