Got some good info from them, but also some bad info...I recommend disabling wi-fi security, using the one-touch connect button to teach the Extender your SSID, then cable-connecting your Extender directly into your PC (not through the router) and keying in your security keys...A bit of pain in the neck, but not so bad as to force me to return the unit...
If you do decide to buy more than one, config isn't so bad; you can leave the weird static IP setup and backup settings and restore them to the second once you get it right...Good coverage on a G network - Seamlessly extends the SSID of the parent router - Easy setup - You don't notice it is there - None...I went and bought a D-Link 655 N-router from Circuit City to replace my good old D-Link DI-524...
