So I can't complain about their warranty service, however the machine itself has a few good marks, and some very bad ones...Much better construction and modern, not flimsy, prints good, but the copy function is very faint, very slow, and no way to adjust, so it's going back to CompUSA...My recommendation - buy an HP, and forget Brother...
