Definite recommend for the home or small office with the following caveat: I have minimal experience with similar products to compare it to and I can't speak to the quality of the color scanner as I've never used it...Very fast speed, good quality No scanning firmware for Vista OS yet Only minor problem which I have right now is that brother has not release scanner firmware for vista...

great quality prints; fax is awesome!! NONE so, far grate product , good quality no usb cable,it was in description I did my research for a multi function laser printer, came down to this one or HP equivilant...The printer is alot faster than my old HP inkjet, the scanner and copier quality is really good...I read the quick start directions it came with to install the printer and they were no good...
