Looks great, easy to use, small...No case, short battery life...I've had my CanonIXUS400 for a few months now and, while I'm no great photographer I've found it really fun and easy to use...I have had a few printed and they do look good......

On the outside the Ixus400 looks no different to the Ixus v3...The first and probably most important thing you?ll notice is that the Ixus400 is a four mega pixel camera compared to its younger brother?s three...Furthermore the Ixus400 also has a quick selection jog wheel on the rear of the camera and slightly different button location...Battery life...
But it's not all good for Canon...The IXUS400 boasts similar proportions to the v3 but at 222g it weighs 28g more, so you'll certainly notice it in your pocket...Then there's the 3x optical zoom, a significant improvement over other IXUS models' 2x...We had few problems with the IXUS400...
Shortish battery life with no clear indicator Excellent picture quality, compact size, easy to use Poor battery indicator, shutter speed can be a bit slow Slim and Small (Portable) From my experience...battery power runs out to fast and no internal memory...Compact, easy to use, good software Case is extra, only comes with a 32mb smartmedia card COMPACT & STYLISH NO CASE High resolution - 4 megapixels...
It has a solid feel to it and looks good in it's silver casing...Picture quality from the 4 mega pixel lens is excellent, battery life is very good and it has a lot of manual features that are usually found on more expensive camera...compact, good quality pics, reliable poor accesories, difficult to find I love this camera...
