Excellent image quality, metering and AF combine with full manual control (if you want it) and wrapped in a very stylish package to boot....Disappointingly fuzzy optical viewfinder and plastic battery/memory card bay cover mar an otherwise excellent...When asked Is 7 megapixels enough for a compact camera...The IXUS 40 is small, simple to use and stylish, but backs this up with great...
