Now Casio has entered the mega-pixel business with the QV-7000SX...First impressions of the QV-7000SX on the feature front are impressive...The design and styling of the QV-7000SX failed to convince me...Having to keep your fingers out of the way also makes holding the camera uncomfortable...
Resolution and detail appear typical of a 1280x960 camera, and color rendition is generally good, particularly the natural skin tones...Not a whole lot else to say about it, this is a very good performance on a difficult subject with strong highlights and subtle pastel flesh tones...The QV-7000SX performed exceptionally well here though, with the flash providing just the right amount...
I found you can get pretty good pan's without a tripod if your shooting a area with very little forground objects...Image Quality Ease of use Panorama Movie Mode Rotating Lens Nice large LCD Weaknesses: Battery Drain Similar Products Used: None Images can be pretty good if shot in proper conditions...Depending how much you pay for it it could be a good or not so good deal...
But when I pulled the camera out, I found it to be a good size, about the same as a point-and-shoot 35MM camera...good resolution, many features drains batteries quickly, slow refresh I use this camera to take pictures for a club I am a member of...very much features, convenient manual focussing, generator HTML no possibility of management from the computer, no so good pictures, bad battery life Casio...
My English ist not that good - but I try my very best...Generally it's okay - easy to use, good pictures at "normal" light...The gimmicky things are all quite useful and easy to use (eg timer, sepia, b & w, movies, macro...Overall, a very nice camera...
