Those might be fatal problems for some, but I'm willing to overlook them because I got it cheap on clearance, but even more: The good: This player supports OGG Vorbis files!!!! I didn't know any MP3 players supported OGG, let alone such a cheap one...So wait for a reasonable price for another brand to be cheaper and skip this junk it really is not very good...I would recommend going with another brand...
