Good old AAA Normal battery, throw a few recharables in your bag, you're good to go...Whew! Light as a feather with good sound, the CreativeMuVoV100 is a fine MP3 player...I just wish Creative hadn't messed with a good thing by complicating the menus......

Although it was hard at first to get it going because the instructions are terrible, once you figure it out it is quite a product...The headphones work just fine for me, not too uncomfortable and the sound quality is amazing! I would for sure recommend this product I might be giving some away as gifts...I use it mainly while working out and it is exactly what I was looking for...
I would recommend it to anyone...I had good respect for Creative products, but was disappointed with the head phones supplied with MuVo...As a music-listening device, I found the controls easy to use and the sound quality very good...
