There is no fancy user interface but the support files are good at walking you through the command line prompts necesarry to make it work...This device performs exactly as adverstised, was a breeze to set up and looks good too...I recommend this device quite highly...

Bottomline - Installed and enjoyed music and pictures within 16 minutes...Plays protected WMA files, good GUI Video compatability bad, especially with wireless I read dozens of reviews before purchasing this player so I expected a few gliches and realized that the player wouldn't support some of my files...Most videos won't stream even if in the recommended format and size...
The only con is that other people give it a bad review, which can make somebody hesitant to buy it...I don't understand any of the bad reviews- it plays all of my file formats, pauses, rewinds, ff, jumps to specific times in movies...Actually, I think thats why this device gets bad reviews- it is so powerful that most people can't figure it out...
