I really loved the picture on the set so I am sorry to see it go, however until Dell admits the hardware design flaws and addresses them appropriately (rather than trying to cover them up) I cannot recommend this set...MY RECOMMENDATION, wait a year until the bugs are ironed out before purchasing...I'd stay away from this product -- unrealiable and bad customer service...
Can't beat it for the price - paid $3K with free shipping...Like the way it searches for inputs when I switch from TV to DVD...Have not had to use cu stomer support yet, but I have a Dell desktop and laptop & have always been extremely pleased with their support response...
