We are still in the market for a good entry level color printer with duplexing, but one that outputs with proper margins...If you just want an office printer to make internal documents, this might be fine, but this printer is no good if you want to produce documents that you want clients or outside organizations to see...Another great value point is that the printer comes with a full toner set, good...
I have little good to say about this drum unit...Would not recommend this printer to a colleague or friend...I would rather determine when the drum is bad instead of letting the printer tell me...
If this wasnt so bad it would be funny I wish anyone luck with this but you may want to try HP laser printers...Overall, I would not buy this printer again...The hassle to print on differnt pages and the cost/waste of the toner makes my "good price" a "poor choice...
