was really disappointed with this Dell Laptop, Had a nightmare getting it delivered in the first place - 12 months later the webcam still hasn't turned up, have now given up...point that I can really make about it is that it looks nice (although a bit on the heavy side) and the media player has very good sound quality, I was impressed by that...Will not be buying from Dell ever again...
