I have been completely satisfied with the sound and build quality of Denon's products for twenty years...Since I've had such good experiences, I decided to ignore the negative reviews I read on the DCM380 and give it a chance...My only "complaint" is that it's very wide and just barely clears the opening in my system rack...
Denon makes some great products, but this is "not" one of them, and definitely is not worth the $300 I would not recommend this player to anyone...Well, it sounded pretty darn good and did pretty good for the first few months...Can't say I can recommend it, although it sounded better than other players I auditioned at three times the price...
