Overall the only negative I have is the cost of Epson cartridges...The quality overall of the EpsonRX700 is far superior...All in all it works really well, but Now for the bad news, as many reviews have pointed out the only down side to this printer is the cost of ink is crazy...
Ink consumption and print speed is really very bad! This is one amazing printer...does exactly what Epson promises...Fantastic quality printing...but if you need good quality everyday printing at high speed, then dont use this model...it doesnt conform to the Epson spec...I was looking for a real good all-rounder with good print quality and good scan quality...
The only complaint is the price of ink refills, and this printer does have a good appetite printing photos...The excerpts from them are pretty good...I checked out some of the opinions about the printers that use pigmented ink and they weren't very good...
