Value...Somewhat delicate to use ....Controversial design of T28 creates Love-It or Hate-it argument...T28 may not have the smallest footprint, yet it feels slim in the shirt pocket, which is more important than being small...Good signal, good looks (in my opinion), good aftersales support (responsive CS), excellent UI, up to 99 name memory on the unit, unnoticable when put in the pocket, what else......

This phone works GSM 900/ 1900 networks and is a classical retro business phone...The T28s was primarily designed to be used for voice calls...Compared to modern phones it lacks a lot and is very slow...

Although the headphones look cheap they have great bass response and the sound is fairly good (not close to the Sony MDRE888 earbuds though...However, the MP3 player is not a bad deal...overall this product beated all my expectations, definately I recommend it to anybody that has the T28 phone...
