The Swivel Guide is a very poor quality vacuum...I don't recommend it to anyone, unless you are really short on cash...It's a very high quality, solid vacuum and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a good vacuum at an affordable price...Though the instructions show the cord wound in a circle around the hooks on the back of the unit, I recommend winding it around the hooks in a figure 8 pattern...
