Very simple, restricted-dialing phone...Extremely inexpensive...Usable on several carriers with both subscription and prepaid plans...Decent reception....Though it's far from perfect, the Firefly glowPhone might fill the bill...Firefly's glowPhone provides a good phone option for the youngest children, who need a restricted calling device for safety reasons......
