It solved the problem and has been totally reliable - good sound quality everywhere in the house...This phone also has good lighting on the numbers...I would recommend! They work great! Just plug them into any electrical outlet, program them with 2 easy steps and then put them anywhere in the home, where there's an electrical outlet...
I like the picture caller id and the customization option- similar to a cell phone...who knew! The phone has a lot of features Lousy quality and very poor technical support and service...I love the features of the phone and all it can do, but even with the volume set on 4 (which is maximum) it is extremely hard to hear the other party...
