From the picture on the box, I thought this was a "traditional" slimline phone where you run the base cord from the wall jack into the base then the handset cord runs from the base to the handset...The specifications say the last setting is high, but I'd call it medium.) However, the phone cord leads directly from the phone jack to the receiver, and that makes a problem...I am disappointed...
