No internal...Now we’re seeing the first 5.2-inch screen in the Garmin nüvi 5000...The nüvi 5000 is only 0.8 inches thick and weighs 9.3.
A lot of the time routing is just bad, routing me in circles...In the near future we will take a much longer trip and this will give a better chance to test the overall operation of the 5000...The third and biggest problem with this unit is the lack of a good internal antenna...
If you're looking for a GPS just for car use (not portable) this is a great choice...I would definitely recommend this product because this is one of the few GPS systems with a large screen that enables you to SEE and HEAR where you are going effortlessly...For this price I would've liked to have seen something like an a FM transmitter, but the screen size compensates for the price...
