Went through 6 pens and sent computer back to tech support for 4 weeks and use of the pen is still not very good...Easy quick buttons on screen, fast accesability with the pen, nice speed procesor, good accesibility of memory card...I'm on my second pen (Gateway replaced the first free), and this one has similar issues as the first, namely requiring and unreasonable amount of physical force...
This is a very good value and I was excited to be able to purchase a refurbished laptop for half the going cost as a starter unit for my son...The tablet functions are the best and I would recommend this to all parents...I also like the large drive and decent ram, good battery life, and the fact that the optical drive can be removed and replaced with an additional battery...
