The DVD part tells me bad disc or no disc, and I cannot get any information about repair centers, either online or by phone...The GoVideo isn't quite as user friendly but overall, for the price, it rates a 4 or 5 stars...After about 6 months it started disliking DVDs and now it almost always comes up "BAD" on the front panel display...
