Nothing bad I can say about the machine itself...This has to be the least intuitive product, overall, that I have ever used in my life, and I have been using products like this forover 40 years!! Back to Canon......other than finding a "Pros" headline The Web site is useless (but it shows that lots of people have had software problems...

I recommend it to everybody! All in one have not found any yet I like HP Laser Jet 3030 for all in one functionality...small dimensions, multiple functions (4 in one fax, copy, printer, scanner) long term usage of laser cartridge, good for small business...Good choice for home office and small business users...

When printing 30 or more pages at a time, some condensation develops...They couldnt help me one bit but did say this was designed for home office use and wasnt good for a business...Perhaps some phone support will help, but the HP web site is about as bad as it gets and the articles may be great for techies, but certainly are not too helpful someone who has been working on computers for 40 years...
