Very flexible, fairly powerful, labour saving...Internet access a bit tricky, Access doesn't work...Mobile phones using the Orange network provider are difficult to get up and running...As far the Microsoft Office modules, Excel and Word are nearly as good as their big brothers, but capacity constraints make PowerPoint and Access disappointing...The Jornada 720 is a marvellous little beast...
Apart from this, the Jornada's keyboard is a dream to type on compared to its cramped Windows CE brethren...the only H/PC to use a touchpad to date has been the GeoFox One (reviewed issue 40, p176) and it wasn't very good...Incredibly, the Jornada lives up to its claims, yielding almost exactly ten hours per charge...
