I have had this printer for about a week...The HP 8850 overall is a highly rated device (as was the Epson 2400) as long as nothing goes wrong, but unless you're willing to treat it as a throw-away if a non-fixable-by-user problem arises, I'd think twice...That being said, if you're an avid photographer or scrapbooker, you will love this printer...
