This is a good printer if all you need is a basic printer...It 's rather noisey and sounds clunky, but other than that, it's just fine...It is fast, the only situation about ordering on line is that I had to wait a week I could not pick it up...according to the advertisement you should be able to order & pick the item up...other than that I recommend this HP printer...

I like this printer because it prints fast and that the paper sits horizontally at the bottom of the machine, instead of a vertical paper tray...What a bargain! This isn't a bad printer if you don't print a lot...But for the money, this works good...
