I have a very good warranty, but HP can't fix my laptop...Companies good at support should offer this perk to their customers...Overall it wasn't that long of a wait, but the problems with different agents calling me to ask if I would accept it without a modem and all of the other crazy business wasted a lot of my time and caused lots of confusion...
Motherboard failed under 4 months, No pointer stick cover replacements, slightly heavy I love this notebook...Luckily this is well within the warranty period...When you wear it out HP/Compaq's only option for replacing it is to buy a whole new keyboard for $85 US...
