The nx9600 is a hefty notebook, weighing 9.3 lbs...But with roughly two hours of battery life, the nx9600 is not as mobile as you'd like...Like most workstation-type notebooks, the nx9600 comes with the good as well as the bad...It's a good thing this is a quality video card, as HP does not offer any other graphics chips...

Very good in office applications and manipulating data/graphics...I strongly recommend this machine for anyone manipulating graphic files, or very large databases and spreadsheets...CANADA Nice display, good keyboard Very heavy (9.3 lbs), very large, bad performance, and the battery only lasts 45 mins at best Don't bother, there are much better options out there...
You will see why that is a good thing in a moment...This is a great computer and anyone looking for a good laptop for the whole family should try it...It's listed right now at about $1500, which isn't bad at all...
I give this a 9 out of 10 because of it's overall pleasure to use...Being a longtime desk/tower user I was very sceptical when issued one of these by my office...IF YOU BUY THIS COMPUTER HAVE A BACKUP PC BECAUSE IT IS NOT DEPENDABLE...
