The automatic duplex unit and ability to print on A3 media make the cp1700d versatile too...There's a limit to how small you can make something that holds hundreds of sheets of paper, particularly if, as in the case of the HP cp1700d, it's A3 paper...Lasers are still the undisputed kings of business printing, but with the superb photo and colour quality offered by cheaper...

Setup is more complex than with most ink jets but is clearly detailed in the setup poster...What's different about the cp1700d is that the ink cartridges are stationary, so the carriage doesn't have to lug their weight around...Once set up, the cp1700d worked as promised...
