On a bad note, however, I had trouble using the H/K DVD-22 with this receiver, and H/K worked with me very hard to resolve it but ultimately conceded that there were compatibility troubles between their own DVD-22 and the AVR-430...And too bad, because the DVD-22 is an excellent DVD player...I can recommend this item wholeheartedly to anyone who is thinking of doing an upgrade of less than $500...
