Other than the glare of the screen during daytime open blind windows or a lamp reflection right in the screen, there are no cons...Pros now, I also consider this TV (along with the optional matching stand) to be furniture, and the look of this TV when it's off is every bit worth the $$$ spent as a piece of furniture alone...stdv is good, not great, tough to get a great picture with only 480i standard...
