I believe a direct s-video input may not be as good (I have not tried this though...Again due to the SVGA native resolution computer games do not look as good as on high resolution monitor...I would therefore not recommend the projector as your only computer monitor or for large amounts of web surfing...

I called to claim that they were totally misleading in their marketing claims but was told that it was too bad and that I simply have bad luck...Anyhow, hope this helps but their customer service is really bad and you can expect to drop about $300 per year on new lamps that can't even last 1000 hours...That was all it took, along with the Wired recommendation, to push me to make the jump to a projector...
