I let it sit to warm up, after about 12 hours I fired it up and to my surprise even my standard def channels were very good no snowy pic like I have seen on so many at the stores when they switch away from Hi-def channels...I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great picture for a low price...The only problem that I have with it is watching cable, the quality isn't very good...
