I would recommend this for comfort over other types that I have worn...The headset has good reception, I have had no complaints in that department, on my end or on the other end...i have no complaints and would recommend the jabrabt500 over other bluetooth headsets...
Product was dead out of the box...The fit and clarity are also good...i know bluetooth has a range of 30 feet, but i should have great comms atleast up to 5-7 feet, atleast i did with other devices) overall just poor sound quality...
