Sound quality was very good when listening to my MP3 player...you still get good audio fidelity, you only use the headset batteries when you are on a call, you don't have to have a bluetooth adapter for your mp3 player, just use the standard audio out...if 1-3 were resolved, i would use this and recommend to everybody i know...
